We arranged to be in Salt Lake on David's last day of work at Apple. Friday night we went to his work and were there for his "clap out". All the employees began clapping and clapping as he exited the building. They were so sad to see him go!

| We all went to dinner afterwards at Eva's Bakery. They had a delicious vegan "chicken" salad sandwich. We liked it so well that we tried to reconstruct something similar at home. |
