We celebrated by being at my parents house! So so fun!
At six months, Joanne is:
- teething, what a joy. She chews on everything she can get in her mouth and she drools like a faucet. Even still she is cute! A few days after turning six months, she got her first tooth! It made her feel so much better. Teething is rough! Complete with the cough, runny nose, fever, and pain in her mouth.
- she sits up on her own for maybe thirty seconds at a time
- she gnaws on carrots, apples, and cucumbers.
- she does a terrible job sleeping. So while we were with my mom, we sleep trained. Better there when I can be so consistent.
- she has a set of lungs! We have a talker on our hands! She growls non stop, especially at church.
- she is constantly moving, bouncing, and jumping.
- she smiles all the time and is a very happy and content baby.
- she loves her bath and shower time and squeals and talks the whole time. It is my favorite part of the day!
- she loves her daddy so much. When he is around, she can't stop looking at him. It is only a problem when she is nursing.
- she has had three haircuts so far!
- after this trip she will have been on 7 flights.
- she loves all the attention she gets, she sure is cute!
- she had a growth spurt
- she really is the perfect baby (especially once she sleeps through the night!)
